The Hill Family, with mother Amy and children Xander and Maddie, delivered 60 turkeys and tote bags filled with many of the items a family would need to make a hearty Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday, November 20. The pantry managers were very grateful!
The trimmings in the bags ran the gamut from rolls to stuffing, veggies, and even a pumpkin pie. Their generosity was appreciated by the families who shopped at the pantry on that Wednesday.
This effort began as a high school project by Xander years ago, and he along with his relatives and friends continue this important work today.
